I’m not an athlete. Am I A Good Fit?
Absolutely! If there’s a physical activity you love but can’t do because of an injury, you’re an athlete in my book. I’ve worked with athletes of all ages.
I’m in a different time zone. Will you accommodate that?
Absolutely! I’m happy to work with your schedule to ensure you get the support you need.
What types of injury do you support?
I support a wide variety of injuries. This includes tendon and ligament issues such as ACL, Achilles, Tommy John, and labrum injuries, as well as soft tissue injuries like hamstring strains. I also work with disc injuries, bone fractures, stress reactions, and concussions. Regardless of your injury, exercise and movement play a crucial role in your recovery process.
I’m pretty far into my recovery. Is it too late to work with you?
Not at all! I work with individuals at all stages of recovery from the onset of injury and pre-operative planning for surgical cases to return-to-sport and reconditioning phases. It’s never too late to optimize your recovery and strengthen your knee, elbow, shoulder, ankle etc.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. My coaching program is designed to complement your medical care, not replace it. I offer personalized, high-quality support focused on achieving your goals and optimizing your recovery.
